STANDARD PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during new collection launches, holidays, or other peak seasons.
Please note: Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or the shipping method selected at checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
MAISON BULL'ION offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically arrive 4–7 business days after leaving our distribution center in Los Angeles.
Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and estimated package weight.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, orders are automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.
Please note:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your address and estimated package weight.
Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties
For all international orders (outside the USA), the total amount paid includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
International Shipping Details
All international orders will be shipped via express courier (air) at no additional charge.
Shipping method cannot be changed.
Please allow 4–5 business days for processing international orders.
SHIPPING DELAYS DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED / ABANDONED PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to MAISON BULL'ION at the customer’s expense.
If the receiver is unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be held at a local FedEx (or designated courier) location. Failure to pick up the package will result in it being returned at the customer’s expense.
For international orders:
If a customer refuses receipt, the package will be returned to MAISON BULL'ION at the customer's expense. This includes any shipping fees, duties, and taxes incurred — which will be deducted from the refund total.
Packages held at customs for 30 days will be considered abandoned. Abandoned packages are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MAISON BULL'ION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
DAMAGED OR OPENED BOXES
If you receive a package that is damaged or opened, please:
- Take a clear photo of the damage before opening the package.
- File a claim directly with the courier.
- Contact us at support@maisonbullion.com with the details and photo(s).
